Sharing the magic and mayhem of parenthood through original storytelling is at the heart of everything I create on social media. As @brendenandellie, I make videos that highlight the relatable, funny, and heartwarming moments of family life. What began as a creative outlet during the pandemic has grown into a community of over 420,000 parents across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with videos reaching tens of millions worldwide.

My style takes inspiration from Bluey and Pixar—blending humor and heart to capture the ups and downs of parenting in a way that feels both real and uplifting. In 2024, I was honored with the Roy R. Neuberger Prize for “Best Dad-Created Film” at the Daddying Film Festival for my short film Baked with Love, inspired by one of my viral videos.

My first viral series in 2021 explored “culture shock” as a Brit living in the United States, sparking features on Yahoo, Buzzfeed, and Insider. More recently, I was profiled in the UK’s i newspaper.

This journey has led to collaborations with brands such as Starbucks, Uber Eats, Microsoft, and Samuel Adams, as well as family-focused partners including Skylight Calendar, Hatch, and Home Chef. Each partnership builds on the same foundation as my content: connecting with people through stories that are authentic and meaningful.

When I’m not creating content about parenthood, I’m channeling my storytelling into causes I care about. In April 2025, I joined a two-day collaboration on Capitol Hill with Unrig Our Economy and members of Congress, creating content alongside Senators Elizabeth Warren, Mark Kelly, and Cory Booker, as well as Representatives Suhas Subramanyam and Seth Magaziner, around the fight for fairer taxes.
